By purchasing a plan or using the POD Prompt AI Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
The Service
POD Prompt AI generates text prompts, design variations, ideas, and listing titles and tags from images you choose. It does not generate images itself; you use the prompts in a third-party image generator of your choice.
Subscriptions and credits
- Plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the payment itself.
- Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits. Credits are consumed by each action you run and are added again each time your subscription renews.
- You can cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made after that.
- Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance and can cancel before a new price applies.
Licenses and devices
One license key is for one person. It may be activated on up to 2 devices (3 on the Max plan). Sharing, reselling or publishing a license key may result in the key being revoked without refund.
Refunds
If something doesn't work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you. Refunds are not offered for credits that have already been used.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service to create your own original designs. Do not use it to reproduce copyrighted artwork, trademarked characters, logos or brands, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- You are responsible for the designs you create, generate and sell, including their compliance with Etsy, Amazon or any other marketplace's policies.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the extension, bypass credit limits, or abuse the API.
Generated content
Prompts and text produced for you are yours to use. AI output can be imperfect; review it before you rely on it. We do not guarantee sales, rankings or the output of third-party image generators.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
